Analyze text​

Analyze text opens a plain text file (*.txt) and makes a quick local analysis directly in the app.

Use this command when you want to check a text before importing, simplifying, translating, or listening to it. The quick result helps you see the text structure and decide whether the file is ready for the next step.

After the quick analysis, Repetitool can offer a detailed server analysis. This paid analysis can estimate CEFR level, genre, themes, keywords, complex vocabulary, and recommendations. The detailed report can later be used by Simplify text.

Main buttons and states you may see:

  • Text analysis - the analysis dialog and notification title.
  • Continue analysis - resumes an interrupted analysis job.
  • Close - closes the result or dialog.
